How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your wash windows?


We do interior cleaning of windows.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


For appointments cancelled within 48 hours there is no charge. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours there will be a fee of 50% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled. For appointments cancelled on date of service there will be a 100% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

This authorization is for agreed upon cleaning services. 48 Hours notice is required for all cancellations. Otherwise a 50% charge of the service will be incurred. Cancellations on appointment date will incur a 100% full charge of service.
